    The environmental policy of the United States is a federal governmental action to regulate activities that have an environmental impact in the United goal of environmental policy is to protect the environment for future generations while interfering as little as possible with the efficiency of commerce or the liberty of the people and to limit inequity in who is burdened with. This comment presents a comparative study of Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPAC) in the international context and the United States. In the course of examining international SPACs, it is necessary to first discuss and analyze the history and development of private equity and how SPACs became established players in the domestic and international markets.
